• Include the plan you purchased and the date/time of payment.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund outside the 24-hour window.
