• Lead data: the leads and messages you create are stored in your workspace so you can reuse them.
• API keys: your HeyReach and AI provider keys, stored on the server to run the service. They are never exposed in the browser.
• Usage data: basic counts (such as leads written per month) to enforce plan limits, plus standard log data.

How we use your information

• To provide the service — writing messages and pushing them to HeyReach on your behalf.
• To operate accounts, enforce plan limits and process your subscription.
• To contact you about your account, support requests and important updates.

Third-party services

To deliver the service we send data to providers you connect or that we use: your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or DeepSeek), HeyReach, our payment processor, and our CRM (GoHighLevel) for account and follow-up communications. Each processes data under their own terms.

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
